Before how many days I need to place an order for a cake?

It’s always good to book your order in advance as soon as your event is finalized which enable more options for you to choose as some decoration items are required to book in advance based on cake theme. However, we try our best to accommodate short notice order and we also have some freshly prepared cakes available to pick up in our business hours.

How much payment do I need to pay for confirm an order?

For any order in store/ online you need to make a full payment to place/confirm your order. Please note that we accept cash, credit, and debit card. Once you pay full amount you will get a confirmation email from us in case you don’t get it please contact us.

Do I get delivery for my order?

We don’t provide any delivery on any products. Its fee pick-up from our store within business hours. Please ensure that you will pick up your product before 30 mins of closing our store. We are not responsible if order is not picked up before store closed and no refund can be issue in case of failed to pick up your order. Can I cancel my order and get refund?

We make custom cakes based on your requirements hence it’s not possible to sell that same product to someone else. So, we are unable to cancel your order once it confirmed.

Do you allow walk-in to store?

Yes, you are allowed to walk-in to store in business hours (11 AM -9 PM) without any appointment.

Do you sell cake with eggs?

No, we only sell eggless and vegan cakes.

Do you use Nuts in our bakery?

Yes, we do use nuts in some of our products so if you are allergic to nuts or any other products then please check before taking it or consume it.
